How it works

Book
Booking is closed for the moment. When it reopens, you pick a time on the booking page — scheduling and payment happen there.
Prepare
Complete your AI Working Profile (10–15 minutes), ideally at least 24 hours before the call.
Meet for 45 minutes
A private video session focused on the question you brought.
Receive your deliverables
Action plan, Master Prompt, profile, and resources — within two business days.

After that, you continue with a clear next step — self-guided with the free platform, or a larger engagement if it genuinely fits. Sessions are recorded only when both of us agree beforehand.

What's outside the session

One focused session covers a lot — but not everything, and it's better to say so upfront. The session doesn't automatically include:

Who is the session for?

Beginners, creators, professionals, solo operators, and small-business owners — anyone with a real question, workflow, or idea they want practical AI help with. If you're not sure you fit, that uncertainty is itself a fine thing to bring.

Do I need AI experience?

No. The session meets you where you are — complete beginners get a grounded starting point; experienced users get sharper systems and feedback on what they've built.

What should I prepare?

Complete Your AI Working Profile — the short intake linked in your booking confirmation — ideally at least 24 hours before the call, and bring the real thing you want to work on: the task, the idea, the messy workflow, or the honest "I don't know where to start."

What happens after I book?

You'll receive a short preparation guide with the Build Your AI Working Profile intake. Your answers are reviewed before your session so the 45 minutes start on your problem, not on introductions.

What will I receive afterward?

A personalized AI Action Plan, a Master Prompt tailored to your work, your AI Working Profile built from the intake answers, links to the most relevant Mattie Labs lessons, prompts, and tools, and one relevant supporting resource when appropriate — delivered within two business days.

Can we build a complete custom tool during the call?

No — 45 minutes is for clarity, direction, and a plan, not implementation. If a custom tool is the right answer, the session will say so honestly, and the Custom Tool Build service (scoped through the Project Intake Lab) is the path.

Can this be used for a business or team?

Yes, for the thinking: owners often bring a business workflow or decision. Actual team training is its own engagement (Small Business AI Training) — one session can't train a team, and it won't pretend to.

What if my request is larger than one session?

Then the session becomes the cheapest way to scope it — you'll leave with a clear picture of what the larger engagement should be. Or skip straight to the Project Intake Lab and prepare a structured brief.

Is the session recorded?

Sessions are not recorded by Mattie Labs unless both parties explicitly agree beforehand.

What information should I avoid sharing?

Don't share passwords or credentials, private customer or employee information, medical details, financial account information, private legal matters, or proprietary information that can't be appropriately generalized. The session works fine with realistic examples instead of sensitive specifics.

What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

One reschedule is included with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session may receive a refund; late cancellations and missed sessions are non-refundable. The full policy is just below.

When will the follow-up documents arrive?

Within two business days of your session.

Full payment through the external booking provider confirms a booking — scheduling and payment are handled by that provider, not by Mattie Labs.
